Hate do say this, but I am looking elsewhere. I have gone here for a few years with my kids, but never needed more than cleanings. Two months ago, I needed a filling done. After it was done, my tooth hurt intermittently when eating. I went back for an adjustment, but still had the issue. I then went back and had the filling removed and done again. This time, I could not use the tooth at all, as everything hurt on it. My mother works for Dr. Hull and Appel in Worthington, where I went for years, and only switched because of out of network. I decided I needed a second opinion. They took x-rays and said there were gaps in my filling. They removed it completely, I paid in full for it, and have been able to eat with no pain in the left side of my mouth all day for the first time in over two months. The staff is friendly, which is what they get a second star for, but my children and I will be looking elsewhere. I understand maybe missing something the first time, but second and third is unacceptable, when another dentist found and fixed it on a single visit.
